Q: So what do you charge?
A: Charges for services are as follows:
Casual Callout to your business - $92.50 inc GST (which includes your first hour).
Hourly rate thereafter - $66 inc GST

Half Day (4 Hours) - $242 inc GST

Full Day (8 Hours) - $440 inc GST


Programming - $110 inc GST p/hr

Q: What hours do you work?
A: We operate during normal business hours 9.00 - 5.00 Mon - Fri

Q: Do we have to sign a support contract?
A: Absolutely not. We understand that you don't need an IT person on a full time basis. So you simply call us when you need us. We bill you for the time necessary to address your problem and that's it.

Q: Do you travel outside of the metropolitan area?
A: Yes, we will come to you wherever you are. Travel charges will, however, apply to areas outside the merto area.

Q: Are appointments necessary?
A: We appreciate your business anytime, so just give us a call. If we are free we will be right out. If not, we can arrange a mutually agreeable time to visit.We know how dependant business is on it's computers, so urgent calls will receive priority.

Q: What about phone support?
A: You can call or email us at any time for some quick advice or help at no charge.
